Every note is either moving or kept on purpose. Tasks and projects move by status, and an archived status moves them out of the way by itself. Ideas mature and are never archived.
Task: 📋 Queued → 📅 Scheduled → ⚡ Active → ✅ Completed → 🛑 Archived. Permanent: 🌰 Seed → 🌱 Developing → 🌳 Mature.
What you tend glows.
The engine measures how long each note has gone untouched and shows it in the graph. Nothing in the note itself changes.
Hot under 7 days · warm under 30 · cooling under 90 · cold under 180 · dormant after.
Status is location. Set it, and the note goes where it belongs.
