FACT
Thinking in Systems was published seven years after Meadows died
💡DETAILS
🏛️ Donella Meadows died in February 2001. 📕 Thinking in Systems came out in 2008, edited by Diana Wright from a draft Meadows had written in the early 1990s and passed around among colleagues for years.
So the book I read this month as a fresh primer is a manuscript its author never saw printed.
Why I kept it: a draft in a drawer can still be finished by someone. It is also a mild warning about drawers.
